Childcare as the Most Important Constitutional Duty of Every Citizen
Abstract
The present work considers childcare as the duty of parents, which is enshrined in the fundamental law – the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Despite the fact that this duty is relevant and essential, it is not systematically and intensively studied by the science of constitutional law. However, this issue should be considered, since it implies such important concepts for every citizen as the proper upbringing of children, care for them, as well as their necessary education and maintenance. The article analyzes the concept of this duty, its features and significance. Keywords: constitution, constitutional duty, children, parents, care, state, citizensTerms and conditions of Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License apply to all published manuscripts.
