A Necessary and Sufficient Condition for Matrix Solution ?(t) of ?(t) = A(t)?(t) to be a Fundamental Matrix

In this paper, the role played by fundamental matrix in the determination of solution x(t) of the control systems of the form (t) = A(t)x(t) + b(t) was ex-rayed. A necessary and sufficient condition for the matrix solution ?(t) of (?t) = A(t)?(t) to be a fundamental matrix was also given.
