Abstract

The People's Council of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province has Resolution No. 13/2017/NQ-HDND promulgating regulations on a number of policies to encourage socialization of activities in the field of education and training, vocational training, health, culture, sports, environment, and judicial assessment in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province. This Resolution takes effect from July 23, 2017 and replaces Resolution No. 17/2009/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2009 of the Provincial People's Council on approving a number of social incentive policies on the integration of activities in the fields of education, vocational training, health, culture, sports, and environment in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.

Decree No. 59/2014/ND-CP dated June 16, 2014 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 69/2008/ND-CP dated May 30, 2008 of the Government.
