Abstract

This study aims to find out the policies issued by schools related to the learning process in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, find out the learning process in the era of Covid-19 pandemic, and find out the obstacles faced by Pasirian 1 Public High School in the learning process in the era of the Covid-19. The research method used in this research is qualitative. Data analysis in this study used the data analysis method according to Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the learning process at Pasirian 1 Public High School in the Covid-19 pandemic era was going well in accordance with the policies issued by the school, namely online learning, simplifying the curriculum, making standard operating procedures (SOP), and fulfilling infrastructure. The learning process was based on questionnaires Google forms and interviews, the applications used in online learning are WhatsApp (WA) and Google classroom. The most common obstacles faced by teachers and students during the online learning process are difficulties in monitoring students during learning, many students do not do assignments, many students do not follow online, the internet network being less stable/slow, many students being late for attending, having difficulty doing practicum/practice, having difficulty determining grade increases. In contrast, the main difficulties faced by students are lots of material they don't understand, internet connection which is often problematic, and feeling bored when taking online lessons.
