Abstract

The duration of unemployment, when it exceeds one year, mainly affects the psychology of unemployed graduates. They become discouraged and lose hope about their employability. In this article, we will deal with the psychological effects of unemployment among Tunisian graduates and propose employment policies that could remedy this scourge.
