Opening up to international integration is a trend among nations in the contemporary global context. This results in jobs being transferred between nations, which has a significant impact on social and economic development. It also makes the labor market extremely competitive and puts management businesses under pressure. Effective and efficient state policies regarding foreign workers are necessary. In Vietnam, the Party and State have taken note of the state administration of foreign laborers through a framework of legislative laws. This article analyzes current laws pertaining to state management of foreign employees and suggests some actions to encourage legislative improvement.
