Аннотация

The purpose of this study is to cause reengineering (BPR) of a business process that is a change in the root process of the unstable environment. This study explores the relationship between the concept of BPR and organizational performance through the review of the literature. Many types of research have been carried out in BPR factors, such as financial resources and project management, management commitment, and IT infrastructure  which are very proposed in the review of literature. BPR affects the performance of the organization. The implementation of BPR provides sustainable competitive advantages from organizations.
