Palmaris longus (PL) is an anterior compartment muscle in lower arm of the body. Among the muscles having a place with the flexor compartment of lower arm, PL is situated at the most shallow position and to that end it is not difficult to get to. It displays high changeability and its commonness ranges somewhere in the range of 1.5% and 63.9%. The information on commonness of agenesis or agenesis of PL is fundamental both with regard to refreshing physical data and furthermore for doctors, physiotherapists, radiologists, and medical specialists. The medical specialists should be aware of the beneficial point after the grafting of this muscle. The ongoing account audit was wanted to feature the changeability example of PL muscle regarding pervasiveness, orientation, and laterality. Agenesis of PL in normal female was more on the left side. In addition, one-sided agenesis is more normal contrasted with two-sided agenesis.
