The aim is to describe how the sun's photons will transmit from space to the Earth's atmosphere. This can be done by applying Snell's Law after finding the values of indexes of refraction of both space and air, atmosphere. This variation comes from the changing in the speed of light in different media. The speed of the light depends on gravity acceleration of planet or moon and the radius of the element's atom which will emit a photon. Supposing the H atom's radius was for simplicity.

Key words: Photons, Speed of Medium, Index of Refraction, Gravity Acceleration
